Ingredients:
lemon
chicken breast
flour
olive oil
starch
sugar
soy sauce
fresh oregano
Grate the lemon zest , squeeze and filter.
Divide the chicken breast in half , remove the fattest parts and cut it, first into strips and then into smaller chunks.
Roll the chicken in the flour and mix to stick.
Put a pan on the fire, pour the olive oil and heat; when it is hot, pour the chicken nuggets and let them brown over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning them from time to time until they are well browned.
Remove them from the heat and keep them aside.
Prepare the sauce: pour the starch , water into a bowl and add the sugar , soy sauce and lemon juice.
In the same pan where you browned the chicken, pour the liquid obtained, let it thicken for 1 minute, stirring with a whisk, and add the chicken too.
Stir slowly and let go on the fire for 3-4 minutes.
At the end of cooking, it perfumes with lemon zest and fresh oregano .
