Friol is an oil born from a combination of sunflower oil and high oleic sunflower oil, to fry all the foods you want to perfection, without palm oil and with a reduced fat content. Crispy chips, cutlets, battered vegetables, fried pizzas, fried donuts and much more. Whether you are preparing a savory dish or fried desserts, this frying oil will give you great results. Friol's secret lies in its special formula, which makes it resistant to high temperatures, up to 230°C, without giving off bad odours. The fried food will come out dry, with a light flavor and a golden appearance, because it fries crisp and dry. Ideal to use both in the pan and in the fryer.
Friol's advice for good fried food: fry in plenty of oil and do not add salt while frying. Use deep pans to reduce the surface area in contact with the air. Drain the fried food on cloth paper and add salt while it is still hot. Use the oil only once, don't use it multiple times. The normal frying temperatures for chips, croquettes, chicken, fish and desserts are 175°C degrees, while for vegetables and cutlets, they are 170°C degrees.
