GREEK FETA CHEESE DOP

It is obtained from fresh pasteurized milk from sheep and goats, raised in areas selected for the goodness of the climate. The recipe for Feta Zorbas PDO requires a rigorous refinement process lasting over two months and uses up to 30% goat's milk. It matures in brine and gives a sweeter and more delicate flavour.
