TURA' WHITE WINE

Today, Lamberti is among the most important wineries in the Verona area and is known throughout the world. The original site of the winery is located in Cavaion (VR), on Lake Garda, inside the Preella Estate, whose name means small stones, from 'prea', stone in dialect”. The grapes are harvested and vinified in white; from the soft pressing the must is obtained which, after cold static decantation, ferments in steel vats; the subsequent refermentation takes place in small autoclaves by adding concentrated juice of the same base grapes and selected yeasts, with a duration of about 6 weeks, which guarantees a fine and persistent perlage; the yeasts are subsequently eliminated by filtration and the sparkling wine (2.2 atmospheres) can be cold bottled.
