DRY LAMBRUSCO EMILIA

Songs aside, Lambrusco is a very famous dry red wine from Emilia, renowned for being simple and sparkling. It is produced in the provinces of Reggio Emilia, Modena, Parma and also Bologna thanks to the Charmat method which involves long and delicate processing steps. The fresh and slightly acidic taste is obtained thanks to the addition of natural yeasts, refermentation, hyperbaric filtration and lowering of the temperature. The characteristic sparkling of Lambrusco is given by the presence of carbon dioxide obtained during hyperbaric filtration and also by the bottling technique.

Sparkling Lambrusco arrives on Italian tables with its typical ruby ​​red colour, delighting consumers with its characteristic delicate and floral scent. Thanks to its organoleptic characteristics it goes well with various dishes, but it is clear that drinking it together with typical dishes of the Emilian tradition is ideal. Consuming it together with tortellini in broth and lasagna with meat sauce is a gastronomic experience to be tried at least once in a lifetime. Sparkling Lambrusco dell'Emilia is also excellent to drink with red meats and, in the sweeter version, with desserts. In any case, it should be served at a temperature between 12 and 14 degrees.

Such a wine is excellent not only for serving with dishes, but also for preparing some of them. Among the tastiest and tastiest first courses, there is risotto with red wine and sausage, which is very simple to prepare. Among the second courses, however, Emilian Lambrusco can be used to cook braised meat, chicken, fillet or even stew.
