To prepare them, start by cutting the slices of chicken breast into cubes, then transfer them to a bowl together with marjoram and black pepper (or the spices you prefer). In two other bowls, put two beaten eggs and the crumbled San Carlo Classiche chips, respectively. At this point pass the chicken nuggets first in the eggs and then in the chips. Place them one by one on a baking sheet and put them in the oven at 180° for 20 minutes or in the air fryer at 190° for 12. Accompany them with your favorite sauce and enjoy the result!
