Barilla Emiliane egg pasta is a sheet of pastry cut into rectangles, in a 500 gram pack, to prepare lasagne as only you know how. A rough and porous sheet, suitable for holding the ragù, ready in 20 minutes. To the layers of puff pastry you just have to add your ragù, prepared with love, over low heat, béchamel and parmesan.

Prepare the ragù or use two jars of classic Barilla ragù 180 grams. Grease a baking tray and spread a ladle of béchamel and 4 tablespoons of meat sauce on the bottom. Cover with the raw lasagne, sprinkle with a ladle of béchamel and 4 tablespoons of ragù, taking care to cover everything well even in the corners. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Repeat the operation 4 times, garnishing the last layer with a generous dose of Parmesan for better browning. Bake at 220°C degrees for 20 minutes. Before serving, let it rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare the well-liquid béchamel, following the instructions. Ingredients: 900ml of milk, 50g of flour, 50g of butter, nutmeg, salt. Heat the milk in a large pot. Aside, melt the butter over low heat and add the flour, cooking for 2 minutes, mixing well. Remove from the heat and slowly add the milk, continuing to mix. Put everything back on the heat, cooking until the béchamel sauce comes to a boil. Season with salt and add grated nutmeg to taste. If small lumps of flour form, filter the béchamel with a sieve or blend it with an immersion blender.
The wheat used for this egg puff pastry comes from Italian wheat crops and from other EU and non-EU countries. The milling took place in Italy, like the packaging.
