You can make tasty homemade pasta with Barilla "00" flour : just add 9 eggs, salt and at least two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a packet of flour. After having mixed the ingredients and having obtained a homogeneous mass, leave it to rest in the refrigerator, under a cloth, for about 15 minutes.
