Vino Aglianico Feudi Di San Gregorio 750 ml

The Irpinia Aglianico Rubrato of Feudi di San Gregorio was born in vineyards located in the heart of the enchanting Irpinia landscape.

It is produced with 100% Aglianico grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration, in steel tanks for about 2-3 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages for 8-10 months in steel and for another 6 months in the bottle, before being placed on the market.

Rubrato by Feudi di San Gregorio has an intense and clear ruby ​​red colour. The nose opens with elegant aromas of wild black fruit, licorice and undergrowth. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a pleasantly fruity finish accompanied by spicy notes.

Perfect to accompany roasted red and white meats, it is ideal in combination with typical Campania dishes such as aubergine parmigiana and rice sartù.
