FRESH PESTO WITHOUT GARLIC

Giovanni Rana pesto is a product made with carefully selected elements, such as Genoese DOP basil, extra virgin olive oil and grated cheese. It also contains all-natural ingredients, such as sunflower oil, pine nuts, wheat flour, butter, whey powder, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavors, lactic acid, and ascorbic acid.
Keep it in the fridge and consume it within 3 days of opening the jar: it's ready, just add it to your dishes!

The fresh pesto without garlic goes perfectly with a plate of spaghetti, trenette or trofie, a classic of Ligurian cuisine. For a better sauce, it is advisable not to overheat the pesto before adding it to the pasta, but to dilute it with a spoonful of cooking water, for better creaming.
