Tips Preparation:
brown 1/2 finely chopped onion in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, add 300 g of peeled tomatoes and cook for 4 minutes on a moderate flame.
Add the still frozen product, 1 glass of water and cook for another 5 minutes over high heat.
Add the rice and add the hot broth from time to time making it withdraw until the cooking of the rice is to your liking.
Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and stir in by adding it to a knob of butter. Enjoy your meal!
