UNFILTERED ICHNUSA BEER

The unfiltered Ichnusa is a beer made with pure barley malt and, having not undergone any filtration process, has a hazy and slightly cloudy appearance thanks to the yeasts left in suspension. Carefully selected water, barley malt, hops and yeast are used to offer you a delicate but consistent taste, different from that of a common beer.
Made for over a century and among the food and wine emblems of Sardinia, the product is made in the Assemini Brewery, in the Cagliari area.

A beer with character and excellent drinkability, which thanks to its peculiarities will satisfy your thirst from the first sip, soft and with a slightly bitter finish.
Made with a bottom-fermented process, it has a persistent foam and a slightly fruity aroma, with a hint of hops. Full-bodied, it has a non-invasive fizz and an alcohol content of 5% vol.

It is perfect to be enjoyed during an aperitif with friends, to liven up a party, or simply at the end of a day's work to enjoy a moment of relaxation. It is also ideal to sip in the company of a good pizza, or munching on chips and popcorn in front of the TV, to fully enjoy a musical or sporting event.
