In a frying pan: heat 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the fish fillets for 15 minutes on a moderate heat with a lid. One more idea. Hake flowers on diced peppers. Ingredients for 2 people: 1 pack of Capitan Findus 5 Fiori Di Nasello 250 g, 120 g mixed diced peppers, 1 fresh spring onion, 1 handful of olives, 1/2 glass of dry white wine, 1 teaspoon of three-coloured peppercorns , 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, 1 sprig of fresh thyme, 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Put the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, season with a spoonful of oil, a pinch of salt, half the wine and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the remaining oil in a pan with the peppercorns and thyme sprig. Quickly toss the peppers and spring onion, add the olives and cook for 5 minutes. Deglaze with the remaining wine and let all the liquid evaporate.
