You can prepare cod Croccole for the whole family, or by taking portions from the freezer and consuming the rest at a later time. Bake them in the oven , at a temperature of 220° C for about 20 minutes, placing them on the parchment paper and turning them halfway through cooking. You can also make them fried in a pan with oil, cooking the product for about 15 minutes and turning it frequently: before consuming it, it is advisable to dry the Croccole on absorbent kitchen paper.
