FINE BEANS

Enjoy them by draining the preserving liquid from the package and adding a little salt for a simple and fresh dish, or sauté them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic. You can make a hot dish with the addition of boiled potatoes and mint leaves, or a cold side dish by combining the product with canned tuna, baby carrots and corn.
The fine green beans can be a tasty condiment for a pasta dish, for example fusilli, or orecchiette, by cutting the legumes into small pieces and adding dried, sweet or spicy pepper, according to personal tastes. Green beans are also used to enrich a plate of pasta with pesto, adding them in small pieces to the sauce, to flavor trofie or linguine.

They are ideal for making a minestrone, combined with other vegetables, or an invigorating legume soup, together with chickpeas, lentils and broad beans!
In summer, they will be one of the fresh and genuine ingredients of a salad to which you can add whatever you want, according to your tastes: from cherry tomatoes to tuna, from primosale cheese to mackerel in oil!
